Pulled the calibration book as several suggested.
No clue as to the manufacturer.
The model is an LM-8
It's identified as a "Hetrodyne RF Meter and Crystal Calibrator Equipment"
The serial number is 13.
The rest of the book looks like any other book with a similar unit.
It's not for sale.

All of my BC-221's have calibration book attached to the cover. Your
calibration book looks like a Navy LM series spiral bound book. Any ID
mentioned on the book?

My good friend Ron/AB5WG has an awesome linear amp for sale. It's an AMP
SUPPLY LK-550ZC and runs THREE 3-500 tubes. It has a separate power supply.
He has the docs and as a bonus, it comes with an extra set of three tubes.
It's a beautiful amp and works like a new one.
