firewall logs to a higher level. When accessing any BOINC related site,
whether it is to do work for a given project, or just perusing the message
boards of sites, there are a number of new not syn packets sent from those

Probably not related to this bug ... but in Work Fetch I note that in
this routine we qualify one set of tests for CUDA but not the other...
