I accidentally stumbled on to this after having set the verbosity of our firewall logs to a higher level. When accessing any BOINC related site, whether it is to do work for a given project, or just perusing the message boards of sites, there are a number of new not syn packets sent from those

Probably not related to this bug ... but in Work Fetch I note that in this routine we qualify one set of tests for CUDA but not the other... It would seem to me that we should be qualifying both tests, or neither... though qualifying both tests makes more sense... It would seem to me that
