Yes, just tested - the /a administrative setup option is still present in
v6.10.54
But it still has the problems I desribed in
http://boinc.berkeley.edu/trac/ticket/847 - my INSTALLDIR and DATADIR have
both been set to
W:\downloads\BOINC setup files\v6-10-54_admin\program files\BOINC\
