Hi, Sorry to hear of your Boom's demise, fingers crossed it's just the power adapter (have you tried wriggling the power plug connector in the back of the Boom, they can get dirty and lose contact). There's a few threads around here that cover dis-assembly and repair... PBroughton's thread
