Jalapeno Bread
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup water
3 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 tablespoons butter, in small pieces
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 to 3 tablespoons chopped canned jalapeno peppers*
1/4 cup finely shredded Monterey Jack

for the Bread Machine
3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons
lukewarm water
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons dry milk powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/3 cup chopped red onion
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 cups plus 2 tablespoons bread
I'm sure you could make this on the DOUGH cycle or make these the
old fashioned way, and make rolls instead of a loaf of bread.
This is a wonderful recipe, I haven't made it in awhile, but I
remember it IS good!
ABM Potato Chive Bread
1/2 cup grated, unpeeled potatoes
1 Tbsp. margarine or
Peanut Butter Bread
Ingredients
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
1 beaten egg
1 cup milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Cut in Jif with a fork.
Add egg
Overnight Honey-Lemon Whole-Wheat Rolls
Yield: 24 rolls.
