Jpeg Question

Hi All, I sent my Dad the picture of the camera-toting dolphin, and he reports: Don't know why but I can no longer see any jpg files. They come out all fuzzy. Not sure why. Any ideas? I'm clueless, but I'm hoping that maybe somebody here might have an idea. JDG =
