But you don't *have* to read it -- you could simply ignore messages from me 
and JDG. Or, if you only want to filter out our replies to each other, you 
could filter out all messages that contain both my and JDG's name and/or 
e-mail addresses.

In pseudo-code:

  ("From:" contains "Baardwijk" AND "Body" contains JDG)
  OR
  ("From:" contains "Giorgis" AND "Body" contains "Baardwijk")
  OR
  ("From:" contains "iaamoac" AND "Body" contains "Baardwijk")
THEN
  Delete message
ENDIF
This needs a bit of a refinement, though: the above would also filter out 
any exchanges between JDG and Sonja.
