The news ticker on MSNBC says that the Military is "accusing" Iraqi soldiers of dressing in civilian clothes, using civilian vehicles and faking surrender. Well duh. Why would the military think that the Iraqi military would do anything different than if the US was invaded by foreign soldiers?
