Hi there, The details for the Midland Winter League have now been confirmed for this season. As with last season, all the fixtures will take place in one venue, that venue being Friary Grange School/Leisure Centre in Lichfield. The venue is easily accessible from most directions by car, and is about 20-25mins walk from Lichfield City station.
The dates are: Sunday 14th November Sunday 12th December Sunday 9th January Sunday 13th February The games will take place from 10am-4pm. Please can all teams wishing to take part email me, and send a cheque for £100 (£25 per event) payable to Andrew Godber to the address below. The closing date for entries will be 22nd October, so all cheques should be in by then. Teams entering the league will be expected to pay for the entire league, and will lose their money in the event of a no-show at any one fixture. Second teams will be accepted. Also, anyone wanting to keep up to date with news, details, etc should subscribe to "midlandwinterleague" on www.yahoogroups.com as this will be the last mass posting/posting on Britdisc.
