You need to run “svn add src/util/pixcrop.c” when you add a new file.
If you get an error about properties, this is a more comprehensive set of steps:
svn add src/util/pixcrop.c
svn propset svn:mime-type text/plain src/util/pixcrop.c
svn propset svn:eol-style native src/util/pixcrop.c
