I just reproduced this error. For me it's running fine with mrt but yes there's a version issue when running with meteor. In Meteor 0.9 they introduced meteor packages system to replace meteorite (it was anticipated) and now there are some naming restrictions enforced on package names. I have to update the current OGV to match with latest stable release of meteor.
