Your log shows lines like this one:
libusb_open error 13: Permission denied
Is brltty running as an admin user or as a regular user?

I upgraded BRLTTY to the latest version but it did not help - my Braille
Voyager still chaotically beeps and shows some strange letters sometimes.
But I managed to create a BRLTTY.log file, which is attached below.

Maybe you can open a command prompt and run run-brltty.bat or
debug-brltty.bat. These should be in the Brltty directory.
When I try that it goes into a loopp saying it can't open the serial

Hello,
Just to let you know.
I just downloaded and installed brltty-win-6.5-203-libusb-1.0 on my
Windows 10 system. Part of the installation was to select a Braille
display (Alva in my case) and a com port (com port 1 in my case).
There was no error messages shown on the screen but my Alva 480
Hello,
BRLTTY is started as a Windows Service.
The full path to my BRLTTY.conf file is this:

Unfortunately, I don't know how to work with the NVDA debug mode to
create some log file.

Hello,
I installed the latest version of BRLTTY but it still does not work with
the Tieman Braille Voyager.
It seems NVDA loads BRLTTY correctly but my braille display still beeps
somewhat chaotically and displays some unreadable garbage of letters.
Braille keys do not work too.
Martin.
