I would try specifying those options on the command line. I think the
loglevel doesn't have the comma separated values in the .conf file.
Anyway I know the command line does work.

dual boot. All drivers have been installed. Everything works apart from the

That's happening. My understanding is that, in the 6.4 kernel, Samuel has an
accepted patch which ignores the sysctl setting if the process has
CAP_SYS_ADMIN (which brltty does if invoked properly).

That's not always quite so easy, e.g. when brltty is started due to a connected
USB device.
