[BRLTTY] Customizing key bindings.

The latest development code contains improved support for overriding key bindings. It used to be that you had to maintain a complete copy of whichever key table or subtable defined the bindings that you wanted to override. That was because the key table facility didn't handle multiple bindings

Hi, After a discussion by phone, the problem is solved. There was actually a misunderstanding on how the names of the keys have to be interpreted. Indeed, on the Active Braille and Active Star, the functionkeys are called B1 to B8. Moreover, their layout really suggests a braille keyboard. So
