Title:
Budgie / Gnome file manager "unable to access" a USB stick that works
  fine under Linux Mint LTS

Status in nautilus package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
(As seen under yesterday's daily build of Ubuntu Budgie 18.04, 32bit,
  with all updates applied)

Under this build of Budgie, I opened "Disks", and formatted a 4GB USB
stick as FAT (quick format - not overwriting with zeroes). On the same
machine, the file manager complained about "unable to access drive -
read-only file system" (see attached screenshot), even though I
  routinely do the same operation.

I took that newly-formatted USB stick, placed it in a Linux Mint LTS
machine, which was able to mount and read the stick automatically and
with no problems, and I was able to copy a file onto the stick AOK.

So, it seems that the problem is not with the program "Disks" as such,
but rather with the Budgie / Gnome file manager.

  Thanks,
  Ken.
