Title:
Maximizing Any Window on Second Monitor - Only Half of Screen
  Maximized

Status in budgie-desktop package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  budgie-desktop 10.5.1
  Ubuntu 20.04
  Kernel: 5.4.0-29-generic
  NVIDIA 980gpu with Ryzen 7cpu.

Whenever I try to double click or move window to top of screen to
maximize the window only maximizes to the side. I currently am running
a 3 monitor setup - 2 up top and one below in center. Video is from my
  top left monitor.
