Public bug reported:

I have a Dell E5550 laptop and attempted to install Budgie 17.04 to a high
speed MMC card.
I believe it could be incomplete software for the MMC card reader? Installtion
compalains about it saying it may cause problems. When installation finishes,
the the machine goes to the verbose that was in the background. I see a green
OK a the bottom, and then never does reboot. If I power down and boot off of
the MMC card, I get the grub menu, selecting regular or advanced 17.04s go into
a blank screen and login never comes.

In 16.04, lspci gives:
00:00.0 Host bridge: Intel Corporation Broadwell-U Host Bridge -OPI (rev 09)
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Broadwell-U Integrated

02:00.0 Network controller: Intel Corporation Wireless 7265 (rev 59)

It reads and writes in 16.04. The installer usb was burned with Image
Burner off of elementary os' app store.

Can I give the installer O2 Micro drivers before installing?
