I decided to try to upgrade from 11.84 (using the official Xemacs-pkg)
to 11.87 using the in-official xemacs-pkg as provided (by
amicably by the auctex team)
However when running latex, as I did for years I obtain an error
(debug-on-error t) which I attach.
