Oops, that isn't right about ppc64 @got relocs. They can and do go into
multiple TOC groups. The error was that the GOT entry offset calculation was

Why does strip from binutils-2.20.51.0.8 work? Because it has a different set

This is really a bug in FreeEMS. The linker scripts don't mention where to place
.ppageF8 input sections. (The .ppageF8 output section doesn't have
