I couldn't remove watcher from particular file.
Client is WinCVS (v. 1.1b7) (CVS client 1.10.6) on NT 4.0. Server is RedHat
Linux 6.0, CVS version 1.10.7.
Unfortunatelly I can't reproduce the problem.
I removed the watch manualy from fileattr file within repository.
