I developed the gnuzilla-convert-langpacks utility for the IceCat
project but I don't know if it's still in production.
I wish to contact with the person who is performing language packs
conversions, to allow me maintain that utility and check bugs about
Android files.

Hi, i'm installing IceCat 38.6.0 for Android but pack
icecat-38.6.0.it.langpack.xpi is not working. Error message is "pack not
compatible with this IceCat version".
How can I solve it?
