Perhaps your cache needs to be cleared because I'm able to access the files
via the page link from my laptop, phone, Desktop and soon I'll be able to
verify from a work PC. I'll let you know what's up if there's an issue, but
as far as I can tell, issue seems to be isolated to your end.

I don't think this is true for the macOS build but the Windows binaries can
be cross-compiled under Linux. The only downside I see to that is that it's
not signed nor is there an installer generated. So it sounds more like this
is just a decision based on time vs GNU philosophy.
