The ecryptfs-mount-private util from the ecryptfs-utils package requires
gettext.
Additionally it seems to have a dependency on `keyutils`.

I've wrapped the scripts with a whole bunch of extra references in
commit 0335499876d08b12c63057f386535695f1b65597.
Could you pull, upgrade e-u, and test if it still works at all?
