The pot generation process for translations at weblate is separate from
the one for Guix. The pot in Guix is outdated and not updated
automatically.
It seems that the rules for generating the pot changed in Guix, but I
don't use them for generating the pot files in the translation repo.

I've got the same issue while packing cl-graph which has cl-containers as
one of the inputs. It's fails exactly the same where it can't assess
cl-containers FASL file.

I believe this issue was with the 1.3 installer and not the latest version.
When I used the latest version I don't think I encountered this. Sorry I

rarely use that machine but I am now wondering if I haven't managed to install
Guix on it, in the end. If that is correct, and working fine, I doubt I will
