Carl, you might also like to keep in mind Lilypond's search rankings while

As you can see in this example:

the bottom part of the bracket has been cut off because of -dpreview.
Can you change -dpreview so that brackets are taken into account?

I think this is just a problem with the files in Documentation/included.
