LM 4.2.1 states: "This Slur page in the IR tells us first that Slur objects are created by the Slur_engraver. Then it lists the standard settings. Note these are not in alphabetic order." Actually, they are in alphabetic order. Maybe something is changed since the LM was written? -- Federico
