In the Notation Manual, section 3.2.2 (Custom titles headers and
footers), subsection "Custom layout for headers and footers", there is a
list of procedures for the \markup block. The procedure
\not-part-first-page exists, but is not listed. In the list, please add:

When I write a big step (at least a sixth) with a 32th followed by a double
dotted eight note, the accidental collides with the stem.
