3.79 under Solaris 2.6.
The new .LIBPATTERN
functionality is very useful, but does not appear to work in the "true" make
sense (to me at least).
The following is the
type of problem I am trying to solve:-
VPATH :=
$(LIBDIR):$(LIBDIR2)
LIBS :=
-lffoob
I get the following error from ./make check trying to install GNU make

Error getting load average: Permission denied
make[2]: [check-loadavg] Error 1 (ignored)
Can I safely ignore this error? Note that I can run ./loadav
