Possible bug with make 3.81 beta 4

Hi! First of all, sorry for my bad english. I'm a student of computer engineering of Barcelona. I've been working with zeos project (it consists on make a simple operative system). Makefile archive runs on version 3.80 but not in 3.1 beta4 version. I think that is a possible bug. I
