Follow-up Comment #1, bug #54962 (project mdk):

mixguile is still available, but only if the installed guile is 2.0.  so it
might be that homebrew is using 2.2: if so, the master branch in git has a fix
(i guess i'll make a new release soon).

Details:

On OSX sierra , I installed mdk_1.2.9_3 by homebrew,
but I can't use mixguile and I don't know the reason.
readme doesn't refer to mixguile ,so is mixguile not available anymore?
