If I go to: https://savannah.gnu.org/projects/texinfo/ and then click Source code -> Browse Source Repository I get a git view that (except for the gsoc_2017 branch) doesn't appear to have been changed since 2009. If I got to the SVN page and click Browse Sources Repository I get a viewvc
