microtype for texinfo

Hi Gavin. I've found that the microtype package for LaTeX (https://ctan.org/pkg/microtype) helps significantly in eliminating overfull lines without the need for rewriting text. (It also improves the esthetic appearance of the typeset text.) Therefore I suggest adding it to Texinfo. Maybe with a

Hi Gavin - the new (since August) setting of \lastlinefit in texinfo.tex can cause numerous new underfull hboxes in existing documents. Essentially every last line of a paragraph now becomes a candidate for being underfull, while before the infinite \parfillskip avoided this. An example is below.
