I noticed that the gnulib modules ftello, mkstemp and strtok_r are needed for windows build, but not listed in bootstrap.conf Patch attached. These are the errors that I got without it: http.o:http.c:(.text+0x1ccd): undefined reference to `_ftello' http.o:http.c:(.text+0x1d53): undefined
