Hi Tim, Yes, I realized after I submitted my report that tests/Makefile is generated. But Makefile.in is included in the source distribution, so that is a better file to patch (1 step upstream of tests/Makefile, but still 1 step downstream of tests/Makefile.am). I did download and build wget
