it seems that a clean gnulib bootstrap has fixed these warnings.
Probably some old files left in my workspace.
I am going to take a look at the problems reported by clang.

changes done to wget.
If no problems are found, hopefully a release can be done in the next
2-3 weeks.
These are the noteworthy changes since wget 1.12:
** Support HTTP/1.1
** Fix some portability issues.
** Handle prop
