Details:

When calling "wget --v" the output is:
>> wget: option '--v' is ambiguous; possibilities: '--verbose' '--version'
'--verbose'
When calling "wget --verb" (or --verbo, --verbos) the output is also:
>> wget: option '--verb' is ambiguous; possibilities: '--verbose' '--verbose'

For some reason "--verbose" is considered two times. The program sees an
ambiguity where none is. When calling "wget --verbose" everything works fine.
