The point is that I ask you for detailed information and you simply
don't give them. In this case I can't help you because I can not
reproduce your problem (mostly because I do not use Windows).

what the point if i cannot save it where i want?

Now i tried
wget -r -e robots=off http://www.zackburns.com/files/ -P G:\3
it shows a save but DOSE NOT

What happens if you leave away -P G:\1 ?

dose not down load only a portion of the site
