I have a problem with winboard (Russian version of jaws) which is
adapted for non-sighted users, and hopefully help me to decide, give
me some idea.

The Russian versions of WinBoard are not produced by us.
Neither was the original WinBoard JAWS version, which was derived from a
very old WinBoard (4.0.2).
As far as I know that JAWS version did not work for I C S play at all.
The first version where we got that working was WinBoard 4.4.0.
