Apparently index.php3 is found (as it display index of INDEX.php3) in the error log you can see this line ([notice] cannot use a full URL in a 401 ErrorDocument directive --- ignoring!) please advice! (ps : no htaccess file on mywebsite so no 401 error possible !!)
