I just did a sysupgade -s but unfortunately the issue remains (same
ehci errors on dmesg):

ehci0 at pci0 dev 26 function 0 "Intel 6 Series USB" rev 0x04: apic 2
int 16
ehci0: run timeout
ehci0: init failed, error=13
ehci1 at pci0 dev 29 function 0 "Intel 6 Series USB" rev 0x04: apic 2
int 23
ehci1: run timeout
ehci1: init failed, error=13

To be sure that I'm not messing up, since I never posted on bugs@,
was the change to ehci.c already included in the "OpenBSD 7.6-current
(GENERIC.MP) #363: Thu Oct 10 10:44:33 MDT 2024" snapshot? I'm very
sorry to ask.

I've just committed something that hopefully fixes things.

Can I do anything else to help?
By the way, i don't know if it's relevant but i forgot to mention that the
system is installed on a softraid encrypted disk and the keydisk on a usb drive
unlocks it succesfully on boot. USB also works in the BIOS.

USB ports stopped working after upgrading the system with sysupgrade -s
on -current. The system was already on OpenBSD 7.6-current. Everything
else, like touchpad, keyboard, lights, audio, screen, suspend and
hibernate work as intended. The laptop was on a docking station at the
time of the upgrade with usb ports connected to said station. I noticed
the ehci errors in dmesg but i cannot find what the code 13 means.

I tried rebooting with the laptop disconnected from the station
but the issue remains.
The T420 model is the one with USB 2.0 ports only.
