 or1k tools **COULD** be updated those from
 https://github.com/stffrdhrn?tab=repositories. Stafford Horne is working
 on addressing the last bits of code from the person who wouldn't sign the
 FSF assignment. I managed to build a toolchain from that using FSF
 binutils-gdb and his gcc. The downside is that it is tracking gcc master.

 I am not convinced we should switch to this yet but when it is merged
 upstream to the FSF GCC, we should probably do it then.
