Summary:  

A cross-site scripting vulnerability exists in a request parameter of EMC 
Documentum products that could potentially be exploited by a malicious user. 


Details:  

A cross-site scripting vulnerability could be potentially exploited for 
conducting malicious scripting attacks in affected EMC Documentum products. The 
vulnerability could be exploited by getting an authenticated user to click on 
specially-crafted links that a malicious attacker can embed within an email, 
web page or other source. This may lead to execution of malicious html requests 
or scripts in the context of the authenticated user.

•       EMC Documentum Webtop version 6.7 SP2 P07
•       EMC Documentum WDK version 6.7 SP2 P07
•       EMC Documentum Taskspace version 6.7 SP2 P07
•       EMC Documentum Records Manager version 6.7 SP2 P07
•       EMC Documentum Web Publisher (WP) version 6.5 SP7 (apply WDK patch in 
Out of the Box  WP)
•       EMC Documentum Digital Asset Manager(DAM) version 6.5SP6 (apply WDK 
patch in Out of the Box DAM)
•       EMC Documentum Administrator version 6.7 SP2 P07
•       EMC Documentum Capital Projects version 1.8 P01
