In jdk8u we still have this workaround for broken gobjcopy in
NativeCompilation.gmk:
# gobjcopy crashes on "empty" section headers with the SHF_ALLOC flag set.
# Use $(FIX_EMPTY_SEC_HDR_FLAGS)
