<li>Designs and codes from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, 
documents, and implements moderate to extremely complex software 
applications.</li>
<li>Under general direction, devises or modifies procedures to solve complex 
problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating 
time, and form of desired results </li>
<li>Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of 
applications programming activities </li>
<li>Monitor program execution for expected performance\par </li>
<li>Modifies, installs, and prepares technical documentation for system 
software applications </li>
<li>B.S. Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering ' M.S. preferred </li>
<li>4-8 years’ experience in a Windows/.NET development environment </li>
<li>4-8 years’ experience with functional testing, strong focus on quality and 
producing defect free code </li>
<li>Two or more years’ experience required supporting Windows server 2008 
environment; \par </li>
<li>Experience with IIS configuration/administration </li>
<li>Sound understanding of basic networking concepts </li>
<li>4+ years’ experience working with Oracle RDBMS </li>
<li>Experience using Current Technology .NET, MVC5, WCF, C#, CSS3, HTML5, 
Bootstap </li>
<li>SVN or GIT/Stash experience a plus </li>
<li>Strong analytical &amp; troubleshooting skills</li>
