Application Support Engineers (Level 2 – Two numbers) - who will have a
good grasp of SQL 2008, SQL 2012, Windows 2008, Windows 2012 Server, TFS
Online, TFS 2010, Visual Studio, C#, .Net, WebServices, Customer Service
Skills etc. The resource should be able to not only understand the customer
problem, but also have the ability to look into the source code, follow the
trail, identify the problem, work with Development Manager to either do a
hot-fix or work with a BA to create user-story to be part of next release.
