*Responsibilities: *



•         Implement a support plan for Video Conferencing system.

•         Develop processes, procedures and documentation to enable
multi-level support of Video Conferencing at multiple locations across the
city.

•         Work with the Service Desk, Field Support, Educational Technology
Services, Network, Data Center and Telehealth teams to define Video
Conference service level agreements.

•         Map appropriate roles to the proper level and team and create
resource plan.

•         Define escalation and trouble ticket workflow between teams.

•         Candidate will not need to create any of the technical
documentation or perform

any in-service training, but will need to assemble, format and socialize
the plan

with pertinent parties and schedule the in service sessions.

Requirements:



*•         5 years as a Project Manager with a proven track record in a
large geographically dispersed institution*.

•         Successful implementation of an enterprise support program.

•         Experience working with government entities is highly desirable.
