Design document management solutions (e.g. workflows) to meet business units’ needs and best practices. Test designed solutions before they are released; coordinate testing with business units. Configure and troubleshoot our enterprise document management environment. Provide tier 3 technical support in partnership with end user support professionals. Evaluate and follow through on issues and problems until resolved or escalated. Document and evaluate issue patterns to plan and recommend process improvements. Provide training and technical guidance to end users. *Required Skills:* A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2 or more years experience working in the areas of business or systems analysis; 4 years of experience working in business or systems analysis with a non-related bachelor’s degree. 1 or more years of experience with Perceptive Software’s ImageNow Content/Document Management Application.
