*Job Description::* *Here's the Scoop:*-Essentially, this position is a deployment/continuous integration expert. -We are a Microsoft shop and use Microsoft tools for our DevOps processes (candidate must have Microsoft background). That includes TFS, TFS Build Server, MS Release Management and PowerShell. Our current effort is focused on improving our deployment and continuous integration process as we are somewhat new to DevOps. We currently build on the TFS build server and then deploy using Release Management using various work flows for approval, including our QA group and management. Where we would like to go is to continue to add automation around testing including more unit testing and more frequent deployments with smaller amounts of changes in each deployment. * Process: *Currently, our developers write the code and send to QA for testing. We want it to automatically move to the next servers (staging area), then it goes to the manager to approve. This person will manage the workflow. There will be a lot of troubleshooting and script writing involved.
