SAP Lead Basis Administrator 6+ Months Contract 3 weeks on-site one week remote/month Anchorage, AK Rate: $Rate/hour + Expense Responsibilities may include: Install and upgrade SAP software for one or more of the following systems: ERP, BW, PI, NW, SCM, SRM, MDM, Portal, GTS, GRC, PI, and Solution Manager. Perform day to day maintenance and monitoring of the SAP systems ensuring monitoring is setup, system alerts are addressed and optimal performance is being achieved Troubleshoot system wide problems, including system performance issues, errors or availability Work with the SAP technical and/or functional team to troubleshoot specific application errors and performance issues Work with various other teams as needed: Oracle database team, UNIX team, Web team, Windows server team, GIPA, Print team and Security Identify and implement system parameter, configuration or security updates as needed Complete system updates on an annual basis. Support “Proof of Concept” initiatives for SAP Solutions Basic/Required: • 9-10 years of IT Experience with 6-8 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration • 2-3 Years of experience as Lead • Hands on experience with ERP 6.0 and NW 7.x or higher preferred. • Strong team building skills, with ability to build quick, effective work rapport with others and mentor junior members in the team. • Solid verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
