Title - Maximo – Technical Resource
Location – Atlanta,GA
Duration - 6 months+
Maximo Functional:
Expert knowledge in Maximo Functionalities and experience in modules
like Asset, PM, JobPlan, Work, Material, Inventory, Contract, Procurement &
Purchasing.
Maximo Technical:
Hands on experience in Maximo configurations (Workflow, Escalations,
Application Designer, Database Configuration, Communication Templates,
Conditional Expression Manager, Security Groups, etc.).
Hands on experience in Java Customization, XML Customizations, custom
CronTask.
Expert in writing AppBean, DataBean, Field Level Classes, MBO
Customizations.
Good experience in using MIF for data loads and configuring WebServices
to load data/send data.
Ability to migrate code from DEV to QA and from QA to PROD.
Experience in database design and modeling.
J2EE Web application experiences including SOA WebServices, Struts
framework, Cache Framework, XML, servlets/JSPs, JavaScript, Transact SQL/MS
SQL Stored Procedure, IBM Rational Development Tools (especially current
version of RAD or RSA) and Web sphere application server.
Ford Specific Process/Tools:
Follow Ford standard process of documenting Change Log, updating test
cases in HP Test Director and SharePoint websites.
Experience using PVCS/AccuRev, HP Test Director, MS SharePoint, SQL
Tools, RAD/RSA.
Experience in working with the Ford Business User and gather
requirements.
Should be able to document the requirements into design documents
and/or 230 documents.
Should have strong communication skills to be a lead contact for the
FMS and MFM business teams.
Experience in Architecting the technical requirements with the Ford
Architecture team.
Ford build/deployment process.
Ability to work with Ford WAS technical resources in getting the issues
resolved.
Ability to work with IBM resources and getting the issues resolved.
Work with DA/DBA/BA to implement necessary data model changes.
Must be well versed in Ford's MFM and FMS implementations.
Managerial Skills:
Should possess Resource Management and Team management skills
Perform technical inspections for work products with application SMEs.
Must be have functional and technical experience to server as
escalation point for all technical issues with the Maximo applications.
